• Divert: Need to change plans or won't be available? No worries! It's hassle-free to divert your parcel to a ParcelShop or Locker location.
• Tracking: Stay informed every step of the way with our comprehensive tracking feature. Know exactly where your parcel is during its journey.
• Take control: Personalize your delivery preferences using the My Places feature. Choose between doorstep delivery, a nominated safe place, or a trusted neighbor.
• Returns: Returning an item is a breeze with us. Many of the UK's top retailers offer free returns. You can either arrange for a courier collection or drop off the item at a ParcelShop or Locker.
